I have had a few weeks of enforced confinement in the house as I had to have a skin graft on my face and I didn't want to go outside. So while I had all this time on my hands and feeling sorry for myself, I decided to start painting again to cheer my self up.
What better challenge than the £450 million pound Salvator Mundy picture that had just been sold at last month. So far its' just on the under painting stage and not finding it too hard to do. It took me one whole day just to do one eye. Considering it took Leonardo da Vinci a few years to complete the painting I shouldn't complain. I will post some pictures when it looks half right and presentable.
